1. Guidance Office
Students should not worry about language barriers when expressing their concerns. Country managers, assisted by interns of different nationalities, are available to assist students in their own language, enabling them to comfortably open up about their academic or personal concerns.
Operation Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (The country managers/coordinators are usually outside the office after 5:30 PM or during weekends, but some interns and Filipino staff are on duty to address students’ immediate concerns.)

2. Window Counters
Window 1: CASHIER
For payments of local fees, laundry, and checkout bills; loading of ID cards for purchases of books or snack bar items; and other monetary transactions for students.Window 2: VISA/SSP
Liaison’s counter for SSP, I-cards, and VISA extension processing. CPILS liaison processing with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) occurs every Wednesday. Processing takes 5-7 days. Students need to pay fees a week before the scheduled processing day to avoid penalties from BI and additional express fees for rush processing.Window 3: BOOKS
For book requests, purchases, and other related concerns.

3. Academic Office
This office caters to students’ requests regarding course changes, class changes, complaints, and other related class concerns. Class/Course change applications are accepted from Monday to Thursday only, with changes implemented on the following Monday.
Operation Time: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

4. Front Desk
The information desk or front desk is situated in the lobby. Here, you can find the Student Coordinators who are available for students to approach at any time with their concerns. This is the place where students can request class changes, fill out exit permit forms, receive progress test results and class feedback, or simply have a chat with the coordinators about their thoughts or any concerns regarding their classes.
Operation Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

5. Laundry
CPILS offers a convenient laundry service for students at a rate of 30 Pesos per kilogram (0.1–0.4 kg is rounded down, 0.5–0.9 kg is rounded up). Students must fill out the laundry form, weigh their clothes, and make payments at the snack bar counter or Window 1. Please note that damaged items, underwear, or delicate items are not accepted.
It typically takes around 2 days to collect your clothes from the laundry counter.

6. Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team maintains cleanliness across the entire school premises and conducts regular disinfection in both dormitory rooms and public areas. CPILS offers complimentary room cleaning services once a week for dormitory rooms, which includes room disinfection and bed linen replacement. Each student is provided with a linen set comprising a bed cover, blanket, and pillow. The room cleaning schedule is prominently posted on the door of each room, with any schedule changes communicated as needed.
For any room-related concerns, our approachable dormitory staff at the guidance office are readily available to assist with electricity bills, cleaning schedule adjustments, repairs, or room change requests. Room change applications are accepted from Monday to Friday during office hours, with room change schedules arranged exclusively on weekends. Additionally, our housekeeping team conducts thorough cleaning and disinfection of the room before a new student or transferee moves in.

We have on-call housekeeping staff on the premises for immediate concerns.



7. Engineering
Our engineering team oversees the upkeep of all school facilities, guaranteeing their continual maintenance and enhancement. In line with CPILS’ commitment to ensuring ongoing comfort for our students, the team consistently works towards improving, upgrading, and renovating dormitory rooms, classrooms, and all other amenities.
Students are offered complimentary room repair services upon request. Repair requests can be made at the information desk, guidance office, or main entrance. Moreover, CPILS operates its own generator to seamlessly address any power interruptions, ensuring uninterrupted operations and a smooth learning environment for our students.

We have on-call engineering staff on the premises for immediate concerns or emergencies.




8. Dining Area
The dining area, along with the multi-purpose hall, comfortably accommodates over 300 students simultaneously. We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience, with our chefs preparing delectable meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that cater to both adult and younger diners. Our extensive menu includes a diverse selection of Asian, Western, and European cuisines, all served buffet-style.
We offer a wide array of food options, including finger foods, sushi, dumplings, vegetarian dishes (stir-fried, steamed, grilled, or roasted), pasta, pastries, fruits, soups, and an assortment of main dishes featuring seafood, red and white meats. Additionally, students can indulge in our salad bar. Special meals such as Wednesday’s lunch and Friday’s barbecue dinner are particularly popular, providing students with the opportunity to savor delicious meals while enjoying the company of friends.

9. Internet Room / Study Room
Our air-conditioned study room/internet room, situated on the Mezzanine Floor near the gym, is equipped with high-speed WIFI and offers approximately 50 seats. Most cubicles feature individual electric outlets for laptop users. This exclusive space is specifically designated for students requiring an uninterrupted study environment, free from distractions typically found in dormitories.

- Weekday: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday/Holiday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 AM

10. Public Restrooms / Washrooms
Newly renovated public restrooms are equipped with lavatory sinks, toilet bowls with bidets, well-lighted mirrors, hand soap, tissue dispensers, and hand dryers. Public restrooms for males and females are conveniently located in the lobby, Annex 1, Annex 5 classroom areas, on the Mezzanine floor near the IELTS test center, and in a special washroom beside the prayer room.
These facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized by our dedicated housekeeping staff in the morning, after every class break, and in the evening.


The company nurse is regularly on duty during clinic hours, while the doctor provides free consultations on Mondays and Wednesdays. Additionally, the Cebu Japanese Help Desk doctor visits the school once a week for exclusive consultations with Japanese students.
Initial medicines for immediate treatment are provided for free; however, if a student requires additional medication, it will be prescribed at the student’s own expense.

- Schedule for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be announced.
Students may go to the guidance office for assistance if the nurse is not around.

The snack bar offers a wide variety of snacks, chips, noodles, ice cream, and beverages, as well as commonly used school supplies and toiletries. It is managed by friendly attendants, and the entire area is monitored by CCTV cameras for security.
At the snack bar, transactions are cashless. Students can load money onto their ID cards at Window 1 (cashier) and use the ID card to make purchases at the snack bar counter. Additionally, payments for laundry services are accepted at the snack bar through students’ ID cards.

At CPILS, we respect our students’ religious beliefs. We provide a multi-faith prayer space on the mezzanine floor for private reflection, prayer, and worship. A washroom is located beside the prayer room for those who wish to cleanse their faces or feet before praying.

14. Safety Boxes
Students can utilize the safety boxes in the guidance office to securely store their valuables. A P1,000 deposit is required to use a safety box, which operates with two keys—one held by the student and the other stored in the guidance office, available upon request. The area is monitored by CCTV cameras for added security. The deposit will be refunded when the student returns the key and discontinues using the box.

15. Company Vehicles
CPILS operates 2 vans and a 32-seater coaster, providing pick-up and drop-off services to and from the airport for a fee of Php 1,200. These vehicles are also used for various purposes, such as transporting new students for money exchange or shopping after their first-day orientation. Additionally, the vehicles are available for school-arranged activities, including city tours, island hopping, resort or factory trips, outreach programs, and other outdoor events. The company van is also on standby for use during health emergencies.

16. Security
CPILS places a high priority on the safety and security of everyone on campus. Dedicated security guards patrol the premises and perform random checks to maintain safety. They also monitor the behavior of individuals, enforce school policies, and issue violations when necessary. Curfews are strictly implemented, with a 10:00 PM curfew on school days and a 12:00 MN curfew on days with no classes.
Students’ movements are tracked through the submission and retrieval of ID passes, ensuring accountability. The guards have the authority to confiscate prohibited items and restrict students who have committed serious or multiple violations, preventing them from leaving the premises if grounded.
The entire campus, including public areas and dormitories, is monitored 24/7 by CCTV cameras to further enhance security.
