Fitness Gym
CPILS gives importance to the wellness of its students and employees. The fitness gym is a facility designed to help students and staff achieve their fitness goals. It’s equipped with a wide range of exercise machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. The gym is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and convenient environment for working out.
A certified fitness trainer is available to provide personalized guidance and support, ensuring that every workout is safe, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
GX Room
This room is located in the gym, intended for group exercises, such as YOGA and TABATA, conducted by our gym instructor. Group exercises are scheduled in the evening at 9:40 PM to 10:20 PM, from Mondays to Thursdays only.

Entire Gym
Monday – Friday: 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM; 04:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM
Usually, the gym follows the weekend schedule on special holidays, but is closed on regular holidays. Notice will be posted.
